Right of Withdrawal

🇨🇭 Switzerland & Principality of Liechtenstein

For customers with their place of residence in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

Orders placed via the online shop of Star Tender AG Switzerland are binding. Once an order has been completed, there is generally no right to return or refund.

Returns or refunds are granted exclusively as part of a voluntary goodwill policy, provided such a policy is expressly offered in the online shop. A voluntary goodwill policy does not constitute a legal entitlement and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

Mandatory statutory rights, in particular claims arising from statutory warranty rights under Swiss Code of Obligations, remain unaffected.

🇪🇺 European Union

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

For customers residing in a Member State of the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law applies.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires for contracts:

for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized,
for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery,
where the goods have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
